Order Processing Time
Most of the items in my shop are made-to-order (unless otherwise specified in the listing). Order processing time is typically about 1-2 weeks. You’ll get an email notification when you place the order, and you’ll get a second notification when your order ships.
Shipping
I ship internationally. Most orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service), but occasionally I use UPS or FedEx depending on the item and the destination. If you would like to request a specific shipping service, please let me know.
All orders include free ground shipping. There are several options for expedited shipping which are shown during checkout.
When your order ships, you’ll get an email notification which includes a link to the tracking information.
Returns
For standard (non-custom) items, returns are accepted up to 14 days after your order is delivered. Your return must be in its original condition to receive a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. After receiving your return, your original payment method will be credited within 7 days. Returns for custom items are not accepted. To return an item, please visit the Contact page.
