Death Gun Mask, Sword Art Online

Death Gun, a character in the Sword Art Online anime, wears a menacing skull-like mask with glowing red eyes. This rendition of the mask was sculpted free-hand in Monster Clay. The final version seen here is cold cast in aluminum, a technique that allows it to be buffed and polished to a convincing metal shine.

The mask is fully wearable, and it includes smoked acrylic lenses and an adjustable leather strap. It has been weathered lightly with acrylic and oil paints to simulate the look of age and real-world use.
